The International Cricket Council has made ruling considering multifarious leagues, now the leagues will be obliged to give money to the home board of the players for the signing of the player, while situations have also been charged on the number of players in the playing XI.
In the announcement terminated after the ICC conference in Durban, it has been said that only four overseas players will be able to play in the final eleven of the squads in the upcoming international leagues, but the players denoting the associate country will be permitted to play seven locals.
